At I Use Yoga, we believe in more than the physical but the mental, spiritual, and emotional essence that make us who we are. We live with intention in all that we do. We work hard, play hard, and love harder in an effort to embrace our values and control our vices.
All across I Use Yoga, we’re motivated to change the status quo and redefine the stereotypes of mental illness and substance abuse through vigorous exercise and soothing yoga. The imbalance of one is to the imbalance of all. With a strong foundation any misstep can be overcome.
While we celebrate this particular additiction in positivity, we are also deeply aware of the devastation that can arise from negative, destructuve addictions. Nobody is perfect and sometimes everyone needs a little bit of help. Celebrate positive addictions and help those with some negative struggles - in the end, we all just seek balance.
I Use Yoga was founded in 2011 by expert yoga instructor Aaron Fenton, whose passion for yoga was unparalleled. With this zest, he wanted to show off his favorite “addiction with intention,” creating a niche line of athletic apparel for the yoga community. The yoga community’s focus on helping others get the most out of their own practice continues to inspire our crew of creators, as well as our broader mission.
